Involved for the last four years in numerous cases arising out of the collapse of the Blue Chip Group including:
- bankrupting Mark Bryers
- obtaining an urgent liquidation order of the publicly listed parent company, then called Northern Crest Investments Limited
- pursuing claims in negligence against valuers
- pursuing claims in negligence against solicitors
This case load resulted in more than 80 claims being made in District and High Courts, a number of which went to trial; dealt with the resolving of the balance of the claims and is still involved in resolving complicated issues with insurers relating to professional indemnity policies.

- acted for many notable musicians and authors and successfully pursued £30m claims in the Technology and Construction Court relating to an automated distribution facility

A firm which provided specialist counsel for General Motors:
- undertook litigation matters arising out of General Motors’ operations including a Technology and Construction Court matter involving a claim in excess of £20m
